Terms and Conditions for La Vida Villa - Home Stay

Welcome to La Vida Villa. We are delighted to host you and strive to make your stay a pleasant and memorable experience. By making a reservation or staying with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking and Payment
1.1. A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a specified deposit as agreed upon at the time of booking.
1.2. Payment methods accepted include Cash, UPI payments.
1.3. Cancellation policies apply as outlined in Section 5.

2. Check-In and Check-Out
2.1. Check-in time is 1:00 pm, and check-out time is 10:00 am. Early check-ins or late check-outs must be pre-approved and may incur additional fees.
2.2. Guests are required to provide valid identification (e.g. Passport, Driver’s license, Adhar card) at check-in.

3. Guest Conduct
3.1. Guests are expected to behave in a manner that respects the property, other guests, and neighbors.
3.2. Smoking is permitted in designated areas within the premises. Smoking in the room is strictly prohibited
3.3. Illegal activities, excessive noise, and parties are not permitted.
3.4. Pets are not allowed
4. Use of Facilities
4.1. Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the facilities during their stay.
4.2. Any damage or loss caused by the guest to the property or its contents must be reported immediately and may result in additional charges.
4.3. Guests may use pool, Wi-Fi under the terms provided at check-in.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
5.1. Cancellations made 5 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.
5.2. Refund process 2 to 3 working days.
5.3. Cancellations made less than 5 days before check-in will not be eligible for a refund.
5.4. No refunds will be provided for early departures or no-shows.

6. Liability
6.1. La Vida Villa is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
6.2. Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless La Vida Villa from any liability arising from injuries, accidents, or other incidents during their stay.

7. Privacy and Security
7.1. Guest information will be kept confidential and used only for booking and communication purposes.
7.2. The property may have security measures, including cameras in common outdoor areas, for the safety of guests.
8. Termination of Stay
8.1. Management reserves the right to terminate a guest’s stay without notice or refund for breach of these terms or unacceptable behavior.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Maharashtra state.
By staying at La Vida Villa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
