A place to work for a week or a month, inside a wildlife sanctuary, ten minutes from Kashid Beach. Nobody else on this coast is renting for that long.

The room you work in

We are building a work space for ten people. It looks out over the pond on one side and the sea on the other, which is the view the suites do not get. High-speed internet, a tea and coffee machine, and enough room that ten people can work in the same space without being in each other's way.

It opens in November. Come as one person for a week, or bring a team for a month.

And when you stop working

Kashid Beach is four kilometres down the hill. Phansad Wildlife Sanctuary starts at the edge of the property. There is a plunge pool in every room, and ayurvedic massage and floating meditation can be pre-booked at extra cost.

Mumbai and Pune are both about three hours away, so a month here is not a month out of reach.
