The terms that apply to a stay at La Vida Villa, Phansad Wildlife Sanctuary, near Kashid, Raigad.

Check in and check out

Check in is from 3 pm on the day of arrival. Check out is by 11 am on the day of departure. Early check in and late check out depend on availability on the day and must be agreed with us in advance.

Meals

Meals are not included in the room price. Menus from cafés and restaurants nearby are provided on arrival, and orders are placed through us during your stay. Amber Villa has a full kitchen available to guests who prefer to cook.

Occupancy

Each suite is booked for the number of guests confirmed at the time of booking. Amber Villa is booked as a whole three-bedroom house for up to 12 guests and is not let by the room. Additional guests must be declared before arrival.

Pools

The in-room plunge pools and the Amber Villa courtyard pool are unsupervised. Guests use them at their own risk, and children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

The sanctuary

The property sits inside Phansad Wildlife Sanctuary. Please keep noise down after 10 pm, do not feed or approach wildlife, and carry your waste back with you on walks. Loud music and fireworks are not permitted anywhere on the property.

Damage and liability

Guests are responsible for damage to the room, the villa or their contents during their stay. La Vida Villa is not liable for loss of personal belongings, or for injury arising from guests' own use of the pools, the garden and the surrounding forest paths.

Payment and cancellation

Advance payment, cancellation windows and refund terms are confirmed at the time of booking. Message us before you book if you would like the current terms in writing.
